Our View of CSR
TOSE pursues business activities under the basic management strategy of building a "company for the ages." While earnings are obviously an important component of this strategy, we also take seriously our responsibility as a company to all of our stakeholders, including customers, shareholders and investors, vendors, employees and the local community.
Accordingly, the Company has adopted "offering better products and services to contribute to a sound, enriched society" as our basic CSR policy, focusing on "Trust, Effort, Challenge, Coexistence and Contribution" as corporate principles for realizing our CSR policy. We will execute various projects based on these policies and principles, working to become a company trusted by our stakeholders as a good corporate citizen.
